- Facilitate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by collaborating with Brand, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, R&D for strategic decision making, new SKU launch and savings projects.
🏆 Achievements:
- Developed Python, Power Automate and SAP-based scripts to automate reporting, boosting ’Execution Tree’ creation speed by 270% with 100% accuracy. Additionally, implemented VBA scripts for streamlined SAP tasks like PO creation, reducing manual workload and increasing process reliability.
- Proactively supported Knorr SKUs demand upsurge of 158% over forecast for 03 consecutive months.
- 19.53 Million BDT worth write-off has been avoided with proactive actions like ensuring consumption prior expiry or extending material expiry in alignment with R&D and Quality.
- Streamlined and rolled out Master Production Schedule (MPS) for 03 Plants (MFPL, KGF Foods, FHF).
- Rebuilt 47 Nutrition SKUs Master Data and BOM from component level for new distributor margin.
- Incorporated Nutrition into automated supply planning tool “Kinaxis.”
